The University of Texas at San Antonio School of Dentistry is proud to announce that a distinguished group of our faculty, clinicians and alumni have been recognized among San Antonio Magazine’s . This honor highlights dental professionals in San Antonio whose clinical expertise, professional integrity and commitment to patient care set them apart.

This year’s Top Dentists list is based on nominations from licensed dental professionals across the San Antonio region, who are asked to identify colleagues they would trust to care for a member of their own family. The resulting recognition reflects professional respect earned through excellence in clinical outcomes, continuing education and service to patients and the community.

Academic excellence in action

This commitment was echoed by Dean , who was also named a 2026 Top Dentist.
